Service overview
funtime provides photo booth rental services for events in Malta. These terms govern your use of our website and booking of our services.
Bookings and deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event
- Launch pricing applies to the first 20 bookings and is subject to availability
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations more than 30 days before the event: deposit forfeited, no further charges
- Cancellations within 30 days: 50% of the total booking amount
- Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows: full booking amount
Our responsibilities
- Professional setup and teardown at your venue
- A dedicated attendant for the duration of your booking
- Working equipment in good condition
- Delivery of your online gallery within the timeframe specified by your package
Your responsibilities
- Provide adequate space (minimum 3m x 3m) and a power outlet
- Ensure the venue allows photo booth setup
- Guests use the booth at their own risk
Liability
funtime is not liable for damages arising from misuse of our equipment by guests. In the event of equipment failure, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue on-site. If the service cannot be provided, a proportional refund will be offered.
Photos and gallery
Photos taken in the booth are provided to you via an online gallery. Galleries remain available for download for 30 days. We reserve the right to use event photos for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing.
